Position Summary
Production Supervisor manages the flow of production throughout the shift, from material supply to the final product, while also supervising all production employees on the shift.
Position Responsibilities
A Production Supervisor would be responsible for but not limited to the following:
- Ensures compliance with established environment, health and safety regulations.
- Oversees the production team to ensure orders are completed promptly and accurately
- Familiar with the operation of various production machines, troubleshooting issues to maintain quality standards and monitor waste
- Ensures production team maintains a production rate as determined and communicated by Operations leadership
- Provides training, leadership, and updates on safety practices, maintaining a clean and hazard free work area
- Controls the scrap rate for the designated production team as directed by Operations leadership
- Approves Timecards/PTO in ADP

Position Requirements
- High School diploma/GED or at least five year of equivalent work experience in a manufacturing environment
- At least three years of work-related experience with at least one year in a supervisory or lead role
- Understands LEAN Methodologies
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/Powerpoint)
