- Translate complex tax and structuring concepts into clear, actionable recommendations for families and their principals
- Lead conversations on succession planning, estate planning, and long-term legacy, including multi-generational family meetings
Coordination and Practice Leadership
- Work directly with internal tax specialists and investment advisors to turn client needs into firm execution
- Manage and align strategy with clients’ external professionals, including corporate lawyers, cross-border counsel, and insurance specialists
- Define and uphold premium service standards, so complex compliance, accounting, and reporting deadlines are met without fail
- Design workflows that improve scalability while keeping the highly customized, boutique experience clients expect
- Strengthen collaboration across the firm’s accounting, asset management, and family office teams
REQUIREMENTS:
- CPA or CFA
- Strong foundational knowledge of Canadian personal or corporate taxation
